The store is clean and tidy. I can see why this store is quite. Enterted the store, walked through the store for approximately 10mins. As we entered, staff member on her tablet, head down and no interest or acknowledgement of customers at all. We walked past 5 staff and not 1 staff member even looked up at us or other customers, all the staff we in different sections of the store all on thier social media tablet and with no interest in customer service. 4 other staff were just having a chat amongst themselves and didn't have any interest in acknowledging customers. Massive customer service training is required in this store . It's easy to see why these stores fail. Customer service is the key to a successful business, it's just common sense. It was appalling to see such disinterest from all the staff. A possible change in management would...

Regular shopper at Myers, as its my main choice for mine and my babies clothes.. however i will never return to Myers Wagga Wagga as the extremely old lady working in the women clothes section tonight approached me extremely rudely about how they don't allow any tollies or parms within their store and then walked away. Fair enough approach and inform me as i obviously didnt know however there is no need to be extremely rude about it. I only had a tolly for my daughter to sit in as i forgot her parm. Usually good service and extremely friendly however only takes the one person to ruin a place and she sure as hell did it for me.

Shopped on a Saturday afternoon. Very quiet despite weekend sale blitz. Staff in Ladies Shoes not that knowledgeable of their stock, sadly, bringing out for me two different styles when only asked for two different sizes in a particular style. Still, it was a pleasure to buy on line with which the staff helped when the style I wanted was not in our Wga Store. Sales staff in Women's Fashion were friendly and helpful in trying to get a dress from another store in my size. Staff few and far between, it's a store that has lost its flavour from the 1980s-90s, and staff cuts obvious in order to keep it open.
