Rude and impatient Asian manager. My wife is deaf and tried to explain that she couldn't understand him unless he lowered his mask. The man walked away. The junior female waitress was flustered and said she wasn't allowed to lower her mask. I explained that there was a PHO exemption whwn dealing with hearing impaired people. She was totally confused. I ended up ordering as my wife was very embarrassed. They need some education in customer service. Other places get it right.......
