Worse KFC I ever had. Photos doesn’t even do justice. The chicken was way overcooked, it’s supposed to get a nice golden colour nice a dark brown one and this is not healthy at all. The chicken was crusty and super oily. The lady didn’t even bother giving me a serviette but I noticed other customer did… I do know understand the meaning of fingers licking good; good excuse to not give you any serviette or paper to clean yourself from that greasy sticky food. Not something I would really be happy to lick. Please to the manager: do not come and say if you were aware of it, you would never serve that chicken and offer replacement. Ordered food today, there was an 8 minute wait for the wings which I was fine with until the wait got longer. Everyone got served before me and when they got the wings they served another customer before me who got there after me. My food ended up being cold and miserable. Wasted $60!!! Paid extra for supercharged WHICH I DID NOT RECIEVE ! I didn’t receive any dipping sauces for my 24 nuggets or the correct sauce for my burger. They also made the wrap horribly. The customer service at this place needs alot of work. Short orders, then I was told I could have a free burger.

Really I already paid for it. I was offered a full upgrade.

I then went in to get my meal asked if I could change it and if anything pay the difference. Denied by the staff and the manager.

In my opinion they have alot to learn about customer satisfaction.
