Hubby and I had a weekend away recently to QLD wine country, and on the way we stopped in at Warwick for a quick lunch. We’ve often eaten at The Cherry Tree Coffee and Dining, and thankfully they were open, albeit with COVID restrictions. The staff were friendly and helpful, our food came out promptly, and we had a very pleasant lunch. I even bought one of the paintings for sale (by a local artist). I chose a Club sandwich, with chips. It was enormous, and hubby had to help me eat it. This was a tasty and very filling meal – a double decker with toasted bread, egg, bacon, tomato, and greens. I loved the runny egg! The beer-battered chips were chunky, just how I like them, but I would have loved some sauce or aioli. I should have asked for some, silly me. Hubby had the Kahlia burger which had a fabulous beef pattie. He said it was well seasoned with tons of flavour. And he loved that there was heaps of tasty caramelised onion. I drank a cappuccino (which was fine) while he had a long black (also fine). You can get the usual suspects here like burgers, wraps, sandwiches and fish and chips. They are done well, come at a good price, and you will leave feeling satisfied. A good lunch was had...

The Cherry Tree Cafe is across the road from The Rose Shopping Centre on the main street of Warwick. If you are visiting or passing through Warwick Queensland or a local this is your stopover cafe for coffee, morning tea and a great lunch. For lunch my partner had Chicken Caesar Wrap and I had the Chicken Caesar Salad. Well!! all I can say is, what a great size meals, at a great price. All the staff from management, kitchen and servicing, where so friendly. Will definitely be going back to this friendly cafe, now we are residents of Beautiful Warwick. For all the people with caravans, you will love the Special Parking for you in the main street, less than a 100 metres from this fabulous cafe. If you have never been to Warwick, Guess what? You are the Ones Missing Out. See You Soon. Colin Went to the Cherrytree today, the 5th October 2024 for lunch, my partner and I both had the Calamari, which came with Chips and Salad. Well talk about melt in your mouth, the Calamari was Beautiful, NOT Tough and Chewy like many places have. Will definitely be going back to have this meal...

Only giving a 2 star instead of 1 as it was a nice venue and some of the staff friendly...

Went to cherry Tree cafe last Sunday due to good reviews. It was a lovely venue and staff where nice until the food came out. We ordered the big breakfast to share. At first we thought she delivered to the wrong table as the meal came out with a layer of salt and pepper on top of everything even the bacon (there was salt and pepper on the table). As we didn't have enough time for a new meal to be made and we didn't want the food to go to waste, we ate the meal although it was not enjoyable. When asking afterwards about the amount of seasoning on the food we were met with a dismissive response from the manager. We mentioned that the food was very salty which she replied with "that's how we serve it". When asking about those such as myself with high blood pressure that can't have alot of salt, she once again replied with "that's just how we serve it". No meal should come out with that amount of...

We decided to go out for breakfast... but before we did, we looked at cafes and their reviews on google. This place had good star ratings and hundreds of reviews, so we thought we would try it. I find it really hard to get someone to make a GOOD ICED CARAMEL LATTE.. and the lady who made mine... nailed it! The food... well, best brekky we have had. I got the smashed avo with hash brown's. My partner got the cherry brekky stack. We both agreed 10/10 This place had the eggs cooked perfectly and the avo.. there was plenty there... they didn't cheap out! Worth every penny and would give this place 5 stars easy! Oh we also got the almond blue Berry tart... 😋 we were full for hours!!
