Hungry Jack's Burgers Gladstone — Restaurant in West Gladstone

Enroute from Mackay to Brisbane we decided to detour for a caramel milkshake and a grillmasters peppercorn for me and a pulled pork for my son. Milkshake machine offline should have been my signal to leave. Fries carelessy placed so ended up all over. Fries/salt ratio was 50/50 Cola post mix was 1 part cola to 99 parts flat water Frozen raspberry slushie had half melted by the time the gourmet burger was ready but at least this will make up for it. Wrong! This thing was Cordon Bleugh! Only 1 tiny bacon rasher, half the salad missing and that's where my peppercorn sauce must have been, on the missing salad. When I returned my order, there was another customer with the wrong food and a delivery driver trying to collect an order only to be told it was on the counter, someone took it. My lad didn't want the hassle of returning his meal and it's clear the restaurant is suffering a similar lack of purpose. Staff members too eager to chat and amongst themselves when the seating area waa crying out...

HJ was my place to go for a Whopper meal and a caramel iced coffees. I was an avid customer, until.... A week ago, that very day I was served a Whopper burger where the meat was cold, then to my iced coffee, which I get regularly, it was warm watered milk, with NO fresh coffee, nor with its topping of cream.... "it was a rush, I don't care, got to get this order out." Kinda meal.

Go through about 730pm, coffee machine is not in service, go for an icecream, its machine is either out of order or retired for the night along with the coffee machine... As customers we help with paying staff wages, rates etc...

Sadly the quality of. service or demand on favourites items... are comprised by either being a rush in kitchen or close down coffee and icecream machine, to save on time as it is classed as, time...

I always get cheated on my meals . When I order nuggets ? I don’t get nuggets . I pay for source ? I don’t get source . I pay for a drink ? I get no straws . Wanting decent lettuce ? I get last weeks lettuce that’s been out of the fridge too long and it’s slosh . I want dinner ? I get half my order . Don’t want to cook ? Gotta pull out the air fryer so I don’t get salmonella (made my partner very sick) . I want good chippies ? That’s the only redeeming quality . Seriously , I spend $50 at your store and I get $20 worth of my meal EVERY TIME I ORDER . Very very very unhappy . You guys holding 20 chicken nuggies out on me . Wish I could just walk in and tell them they own me my nuggies but sadly it don’t work that way and now I’m sad without nuggies … guys … you do realise it’s a business …...
