Poor customer service. Ordered take away that was a small order just a tea and paani poori(which is already made just need to put in box) . They told me the waiting time is 15-20 minutes if you are okay with that you can order. I said yes I will wait 15-20 minutes they made my order after 40-45 minutes of waiting which was pathetic always tell customer real waiting times so they can see if they can wait that long. I saw all other reviews and they are just denying customer complains by giving silly excuses and irrelevant bragging about how fresh they make etc etc if customer is unhappy you must have done something wrong instead of giving irrelevant facts just admit your mistake. Now please don’t say you were making paani poori fresh as this is fact that paani poori comes ready made so please don’t give that silly excuse. Need to improve customer service only go there if you can wait 2 times more...

I have been regular here since their first opening, and the quality of food has never down, indeed they keep on improving. Service was definitely spot on.

The kulfi falooda here indeed is the best in Perth so far to my taste. Very generous with dry fruits, instead of canned fruits and the falooda strands are freshly made with proper scent of kewra flower. Unlike other "Agha Juice" places around, this particular place use KULFA, a rich rabri ice cream for the base mix with falooda and their home made kulfi. This is the closest so far Kulfi Falooda in Perth that mimics the real ones in Punjab area.

We waited for half and hour and when we asked where is the order they said we called but you didn’t hear. The food was lying there and nobody bothered to announce our number. Instead of accepting their mistake they blamed us saying you didn’t listen you guys were talking. We were four and only people waiting and how come we didn’t listen. We never missed a order in our entire life and suddenly today we didn’t hear them calling. They think we are stupid people. Whoever were working there were shameless people. If it was upto me I would have given negative stars giving them one star is also too much...
