Well to say this store is lacking is an understatement. First half the ice cream display was empty, so the ice creams I wanted were not there. The THICK SHAKE - not milkshake that’s was ordered was lifeless and runny. With flat cream on the top. The place was not clean. The ice cream that I ordered to take home was left melting over the side of the container as the staff member didn’t seem to know what she was doing and took forever to even get it in the bag. And also the container was under weight... the weights are posted where I ( everyone ) can see but she obviously doesn’t know how to read the chart. The thick shake was more like a large cup of milk with bits of biscuit in it as it was Supposed to be cookies and creme, which wasn’t the first choice as the mint one I originally wanted was also not available due to no choc mint ice cream. Was flavourless runny and milky. So much for an ULITIMATE THICK SHAKE. more like an expensive cup of milk. Not to mention the staff member on duty appeared as if she had not received adequate training and or experience to be...

I keep going to the same store atleast once in a week. After ordering a classic sundae large and a praline n cream thick shake. The shake was served like a milkshake. I went to the lady who served me and she said that its because of the flavour i choose. So i replied that I keep coming and having the same every week. Then she replied that there was nothing she could do and she will provide me with the managers number. I said that i just want it thick and not a milkshake. She responded that she cannot add or serve me with a better one neither can she refund my money. I was totally unhappy with the shake because i keep having baskin robbins every week because of its quality and taste for the past 25 years.. I placed an order on Uber eats and received the ice cream ( one small tub) after an hour.

Upon asking the delivery driver, he said he waited for half an hour and even asked the team member why does the small tub ice cream take so long? The team member working there ( Oliver) replied the manager has asked them to serve the customers at the store , no matter any delivery driver walks in. The driver said he was served after all the customers who walked in after him placed and received their orders, which makes sense since I could track his location on the app. The manager should be looking in to this.
