Mochachos Warwick — Restaurant in Western Australia

I recently visited Mochachos in Warwick and I have to say, I was impressed with the service and the food. As a vegetarian, I was happy to see that they offered a veggie burger on the menu, which I ordered with dynamite hot spice level.

The veggie burger was delicious and filling. It was packed with a variety of veggies and a tasty patty, which had just the right amount of spice to give it some kick. The dynamite hot spice level was perfect for my taste, although I have to admit it was quite spicy, so if you're not a fan of heat, you may want to go for a milder option.

The staff were also very friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively and fun, with great music playing in the background.

I really would not recommend coming here until they have trained their new staff member how to be polite to the customer. After an actual 10 mins of trying to order a kids meal and two duo fillets I explained to her that this was getting really frustrating and could someone else please serve me as my kids were really hungry. Finally the really polite man got my order and after a while the food came out. I asked the girl to please bring two more folks ( there were 4 of us not 2). I couldn't believe my ears when she looked at me with a dirty look and told me that they didn't have any more cutlery. There was only us in the restaurant!! I asked her if she thought I believed that when there's only us sitting in here U must be having a laugh! The man had heard this and quickly brought us some folks. The glasses were sticky and dirty. Went through drive thru and ordered chicken and chips with a wing and a burrito. Get home, open up the bag, and empty packet of chips, what the. How do you pick up an empty packet and put it in the bag. Rang up and complained staright away and spoke to the manager, he couldn't believe it. Not even any grease marks, not like the chips fell out or anything, just empty. The guy did offer me a free voucher, but no thanks, so over this mob, back to Nando's, pay more but get what you order. Shame because I love the taste. Several times before have got home to find a drumstick after specifically ordering a wing, and double check the order "Thats with a wing right?", so now I pull up in th car park to check, and on two more occassions, a drumstick, straightback in and complain.
