Has to be the worst service I've ever had regarding fast food!!!!

The manager Chloe was so rude and argumentative and to think she is a manager is really worrying.

We ordered our meal like usual and they misinterpreted the order then when we got to the window the serving lady confused the hell out of us do we asked to speak to the manager and along came Chloe. Instead of taking accountability and apologising apologising their mess up she tried saying it was our fault and started arguing and making things even more confusing, We ended up leaving really annoyed and still with the wrong order and didn't want to go back because Chloeand her staff are completely incompetent.

Chloe has to be the worst manager I've ever encountered, because of her unprofessional manner we were basically ripped of nearly $60 as when we got home the food was soggy and the order was wrong!!!

We will never be returning to this place and I suggest other people...

I ordered what was supposed to be a chicken burger, but what I got tasted more like a wet sponge drenched in soap, sandwiched between two slices of bread. The so-called chicken seemed to be leaking water, which was oddly bubbly and had a distinct soapy flavor. It was downright bad.

Not only was the chicken a disappointment, but everything else was a letdown too. The food, along with its packaging, was all wet, soggy, and cold, as if it had been power washed before serving. And don't even get me started on their advertising slogan, "we're still open." Well, maybe they should reconsider, because this experience was so awful, I could write an essay about it, and I hate writing.

And let's talk about the gravy. It wasn't gravy; it was more like brown water. Avoid this place at all cost.

Multiple times. Literaly throwing...

It used to be first class but since under new management it is rubbish. I could see the food prep area would certainly NOT pass a Health and Food standard check. I was disgusted with what could be seen. Chips being put in the fryer instead of being thrown away, Food and rubbish on floor of prep area. Person cooking foods pulling pants up with same gloves on as handling Food. Plus many more disgusting Health Food violations. The Chicken was dry and tasteless also the chips were just about raw. Batter on Pineapple fritters were under cooked. Only good thing was, the young girl that served was lovely, friendly and very helpful. This Chicken Treat used to be fantastic but not since the new management. Who ever the new manager is needs to up their game or the Health Dept will certainly...
