Went on the 20th February for take away for dinner ordered chicken ,cheese, bacon burger meal deal ,also chicken, cheese meal deal it was very poor, the burgers were very dry and one had know cheese in it ,and cold ,and the chip weren't cooked enough still cold from the fridge so needless to say it all was binned ,you need to speak to your people to cook customers customers food properly, we stayed over night in Mandurah 5 minutes down the road, we never had a problem before, we buy ours at Mirrabooka store in perth and its delicious, so will not return to silver sands store again it was 42 dollars down the drain ...

The waiting times for something simple like a 30 second microwaved Chicken Cheese Bacon burger takes at least 10 minutes to be handed to me after payment.

The store is small and cramped with no outdoor seating, one door in and out.

Today my partner and I went to the bakery to grab something and a worker from your store, nick I believe, left and wished us a goodnight. When he left the lady let us know he had left money and was paying for the next person.

As a company you guys are very lucky and fortunate to have such a lovely, kind and valuable person working for you!
