The Wellness Store — Restaurant in Western Australia

Love this store, always had great service and friendly staff however today left feeling undervalued and as though customers needs are not a priority for staff. Wanted to make a purchase of loose leaf tea and was told “it’s in convenient for staff to pull out scales a weigh, find a bag and price it up when there’s a bagged item only costs X amount of dollars”. I was purchasing the last bag available anyway so staff would still need to do this post me purchasing and i did not require the full amount in the already filled bag, hence wasting product and money. Also to be telling customers in another way to “put up with the price” of an item they don’t need all of is poor customer service skills. I would have thought when you sign up to work in customer service you’d expect that you are there to serve customers. I had also witnessed another lovely member of staff doing the same for a customer prior to me hence me asking the question. Really hope others not have this experience and i know i’d love to come back and be treated with a little more courtesy and kindness from somewhere i’ve supported every time i...

My new favourite store in Mandurah. What a beautiful space you guys have created. It’s so refreshing and reassuring to finally enter a store knowing everything available is supporting your health and well being, without any nasties, thanks to the owners research into every ingredient in every product! Unlike anywhere else I’ve shopped before. So many natural, organic and eco products to choose from. Plus gorgeous home wears. Just what Mandurah, and every town needs, a family run business who genuinely cares for their customers quality of life. Love love love this store, it took me a while to drop in and check it out, it's got a wonderful welcoming energy, the coffee is fantastic, the peppermint slice is next level. What makes this place isn't just the beautiful things and wide range healing supplements it is the people who look after the space and US, they really care about your ecperience. Whether it's for a quick stop to get coffee or a in-depth chat about hralth and well being Health is our wealth and The wellness centre certainly is playing an important role educating us to look at that.
