Righto, let’s start with the positives.

Pros Heavy on ingredients. You definitely will not be disappointed with amount of food you get for the dollar.

Hand flipped dough, physically saw this myself and freshness of ingredients can be confirmed.

what the menu says it delivers.

-good garlic bread.

good service.

Cons The biggest problem. Ingredients are fresh but could be better quality.

Garlic prawn pizza, for a seafaring town I’d bet my big toe these were frozen Vietnamese cocktail shrimp ‘prawns’ and the garlic was the imported minced jar garlic you’ll find at woolies way too heavy at that.

Pepperoni pizza, salami is not pepperoni.

Summary, for the price yes there’s a lot of pizza for your money but also for that money I’ve had better pizza. Maybe it was a bad week or maybe the passion is gone. For the meal we had, for the price we paid it wasn’t the value I was expecting....

Last shared a review on Peles a few years ago and thought it could do with a more recent one. We've been coming here to get our pizzas and pastas for many years and the standard of food and service has been amazingly high during all that time. The food is made with the freshest ingredients and the pizza is one of the best I've ever had and that's even after holidaying in Italy quite often. Yes there are cheaper pastas and pizza places around but with Peles you get what you paid for and that's excellent top quality food. If you like the cheap and nasty cardboard pizzas from the larger chains then give this a miss but if you love an authentic taste of Italy then this is the place for you. It is mostly a take away although they do have seating for people who want to eat in but that's why I only gave a 3 for atmosphere as it's mostly people picking up food or getting...

The best pizza in Mandurah. I'd give them 5 stars but I still think mine are better. There is no comparison to Domino's or any of the other try-hards in Mandurah, these guys do it best. I was taught to cook by Italians and worked in their kitchens. These guys are the best your going to get without a trip to Freo and paying twice the price with as much pretension as you can stand. Far and away the best down here. I've had pizza from most of the locals including the overpriced restaurant versions and none of them rate. Particularly recommend the Portofino...
