Mandurah Kebab House & Turkish Bakery — Restaurant in Western Australia

Very nice & polite staff, well presented dining area and kitchen. Unfortunately the prices were higher than in their menu brochures with no notices to say why the prices were higher (it is Saturday of a long weekend, that's all we can think it may have been). The Gozleme we ordered wasn't what we expected, not sure if the chef got mixed up with what he was making... But it looks nothing like the pictures, nor is it anything like we had previously from other Turkish Bakerys (which were like the picture on the brochure). It was more like a mix between a pide/borek and a gozleme but did not have the lovely taste/texture of a normal gozleme. The garlic bread was different from the usual Turkish bread style. This is NOT how you make a kebabs!! It’s lazy and cheap. I went to this place because of the rating. Soggy hard to eat not even wrapped! I’m sorry but wasn’t kebabs meant to be made on thin wrap like thing? Than your toppings wrapped and than put under a sandwich press !? Yes! That’s how it’s been for ages in every other kebab shop. Not here it was a thick piece of square bread folded not wrapped with no sauces or asked what salads.. I’m sorry but for the price u pay it’s shocking. It dose not matter what food you sell you choose to sell it we choose to buy it sell it properly!! Have some pride in customer satisfaction and your own product! I wish I could give half a star for the terrible Gozleme I ordered at this restaurant as well as the rude customer service from the owner when I made a complaint. I couldn’t even finish a small Piece of my gozleme it was so disgusting. The tiny lamb mince they put in was undercooked and the spinach wasn’t cooked enough. I had to order another Gozleme from Greenfields Kebabs which was absolutely delicious and $5 cheaper than the crap I ordered from Mandurah Kebab house. I requested for a refund as I couldn’t eat the crap and the owner rudely refused even after I offered to drive back to the bakery and show him exactly what he made. It was horrible.
