Dôme Café - Joondalup — Restaurant in Western Australia

I recently visited Dome in Joondalup with my family and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the Big Breakfast, which was cooked perfectly with generous portions and full of flavour. Mum enjoyed the Salmon Eggs Benedict, which was beautifully presented and had a great balance of taste, while Dad went for the Pancakes that were fluffy, light, and served just right. Every dish was well-prepared and satisfying, making it a thoroughly enjoyable meal for all of us. On top of the great food, the service was outstanding—Jessica, our server, went above and beyond with her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. I adore Dome cafes- not specifically for their menu or service, but because they’re SO DARN COMFORTABLE. Joondalup location loses a star because of lack of free parking, which is not its fault but it needs to be said. There’s very very very few cafes left that still use comfortable cushy seating. Metal chairs and wooden stools are now the latest fashion, it encourages you to leave sooner because your bum hurts and your back gets sore. I understand those reasons, but now I just come to Dome for burning a spare hour over some food/drink/laptop work, or business meetings or friend catchups. I went here to grab a chai and a dirty chai. The staff were friendly, though seemed more friendly towards each other first thing in the morning rather than to me - they took the time to finish their chat before serving me. I was in a bit of a hurry, but it didn't delay me too much. When I got to my friends house, we tried the dirty chai, and it definitely tasted bad. I've heard this about a few domes around - something about the machine they use can be quite hit and miss, sometimes it makes terrible coffees, sometimes it is great.
