I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your outlet. I am a regular customer and have always trusted Dominoâs for quality food and service, but this time, my experience was far below expectations. Well this is not a first time experience as I previously had same issues when they gave me wrong order however I didnât reviewed it but this time I think I need to post it.
Firstly, the pizza I received was substandard. The crust was hard, the toppings were sparse and uneven, and the cheese was barely melted and wasnât enough. It seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time before being delivered. This was far from the quality I associate with Dominoâs and was unacceptable.
Secondly, when I reached out to the outlet to address this issue, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. How someone being a manager of the store can do this. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering a solution, they were argumentative and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and unheard, which only worsened the experience. And lastly the behaviour he was having with the delivery drivers especially the uber and door dash. While waiting for the orders I noticed that he was arguing with the every driver. Asking them to cancel orders whosoever was having multiple orders and asking to carry separate bags. I know itâs necessary to maintain the quality of food but how one can carry such and most importantly the behaviour he was approaching with. Feeling sad for those drivers.
I believe good customer service is as important as the quality of food, and unfortunately, both were lacking in this instance. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the matter. Ensuring your staff is trained to handle complaints respectfully and maintaining your standard of food quality should be a priority along with good behaviour and manners I expect a response to this complaint and hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not...
   Read moreI haven't actually been in to the store since it was upgraded (was told about 2 years ago now) as I usually order home delivery but picked up a pizza for a change late tonight. The staff were friendly, place relatively clean and inviting, I like the 'new' look, and upgraded menu. The last time I had Domino's was about June, and wasn't overly impressed by the order being wrong, no change for $50 despite confirming it was needed and the pizza's were undercooked. What a change! Tonight I ordered a supreme with anchovies, and dessert. The pizza tasted AWESOME! Totally cooked to perfection and the anchovies were in large chunks big enough that could be tasted on the pizza, with the ingredients tasting fresh and crisp where necessary although cooked sufficently as well. Also tried a chocolate milkshake which although being guarenteed as the best you'll taste, I wouldn't necessarily agree to. However my opinion was that it was very smooth, not too icy and still very pleasant to drink. The dessert (lava cake) was also tip top. Tonight an earned 5 star rating as it's also pretty late, and with a massive trailer on the back of my car, I also found it hard in Ellenbrook to find anywhere else open after 10pm that you could walk in to and still order food over the counter.    Read moreBeen having dominoes for years and years but I Wish I could give 0 stars, we found 4 hairs in the pizza called and asked to speak to the manager on duty and told them and they asked if they can pick up the pizza so they can examine it themselves as their staff wear hair nets. I felt like I was being told Iâm making this up. Why would I make up finding hairs in my pizza? The other pizzas my family did not want to eat as they didnât want to risk getting sick. With the way we were spoken to we donât want to order from this dominoes again. Agreeing with the other review go anywhere else for your pizza. Especially in Ellenbrook we have multiple amazing establishments to get pizza from. Adding in that the manager has only negative feedback from multiple people, this man should not be in charge! The poor staff. The driver that came was lovely and I would love to give her a job and get her away from that negative place.
I shall add on thanks for the generic response, I did call and speak to the manager but he only wanted to give me a $17 refund, whereas when the lovely girl came she said our whole meal should of been refunded. So you see I did call and did not just leave this review without trying to get some compensation....
