Domino's Pizza Karratha — Restaurant in Western Australia

We have never had a bad experience at this particular establishment until the 17/5/22. We placed an order a little after 2:00pm in the afternoon(as we’ve done previously in the past with no dramas) for the delivery of 4 pizzas(yep! only 4) for a 6pm kid’s party, plenty enough time one would think, to prep, cook & deliver on time (even with minimal staff!…(now I’m not 100% sure how it works with requesting an early order Domino’s, but one would think that if an Early Order was requested and accepted you would get it On Time but no!) We received a message a little after 6:30 saying our order will be delayed for the next 1/2 hour to an hour due to staff shortage and our order was just being prepared (I mean what the absolute #%!! Domino’s!!) WHY ACCEPT AN EARLY ORDER when you literally cannot deliver. So plan B to feed a hoard of hungry kids, thanks D’s!…idiots!! Eventually our order arrived after an unpleasant phone call made to this establishment just to have the delivery driver say ‘I had you guys down as my last drop off and by the way that’ll be $99 for 4 pizzas thank you’… you know what %”#!! u….The work crew on that afternoon pretty #% poor effort to say the least. Don’t rate you at all. Please don’t count that 1 star...

Living in K’town, to be honest, we don’t expect much when it comes to food. Everyone pays the Pilbara tax. You pay, you get what you ordered — simple as that.I get that Gary’s shop hires backpackers, but at least hire people who’ve been trained properly, can speak English, and know basic manners. I don’t know what that girl (I think her name is QIAN WY) has been through, but the one who brought the food over was extremely rude and disrespectful. Last night I went to dominoes and it was absolutely appalling, the staff were rude and made my friend feel very uncomfortable, and too to top it off the food was disgusting. I ordered the spicy prawns and they were raw. They had been deep fried but the meat itself was still below undercooked. We also ordered fries, garlic bread, a vegetarian pizza and the $10 chicken. The chips were under cooked and soggy same as garlic bread. The chicken had been cut up into quarters and was actually overcooked. As for the pizza which we ordered as a vegorama the outcome was covered in meat. I will not...
