We received a completely incorrect order. After calling to request a refund, I wasn’t given a chance to speak, instead was hung up on after saying they will contact the delivery driver.

The driver returned with our correct order despite it not being what I wanted, then asking for the incorrect order back to which I explained we had eaten it.

He then insisted I pay him for his error, explaining he has no money and will have to pay for it himself!

What is crazy is if we hadn’t eaten the order, he would’ve given it to the next person, how disgusting, let alone illegal! Anyone could do anything to the pizza going to the next person!

In the end we didn’t receive our correct order, let alone a refund. Horrible service!

I just want to say Thankyou and I wish I looked at his name I will next time, we come in to get pizza and without explaining the situation on here he brings the pizza out to my car to my passenger he is so lovely and has no trouble doing this we Vito’s regular places who help cater to some of the different needs we have we call them our safe places. Customer service is so important and no request should be too hard and those willing to go the extra mile deserve to be patted on the back I hope he sees this as I think we would be the only ones to ask for the pizzas to be taken out to the car park 🥰 to the black car with...
