just so you know the last two times I've tried to order online you have cancelled my order early this time 10 minutes.. this is all in an attempt to try your shop.. won't try for a third, plenty of great ones nearby anyway.. I'll be sticking to fatbellies or both of the ones in byford are excellent and will accept your order every time. PS don't try and make the same excuse I've had from other restaurants that you're too busy, that would have to be the most pathetic excuse going and I prefer to support business that works hard.. I know it's what my customers get edit well being in southern river I thought you would deliver to Southern river road, but thanks for the heads up so anyone reading this not in the centre of Southern river can make better arrangements and not bother to taint your brethren with their presence at your exclusive deep fried foods club. No unfortunately not a troll account just very difficult to find decent customer service or businesses who actually care anymore, yours being one of them.. thanks for the reply about 3 months on, or should I say excuses. It's actually hilarious. Haha yeah right..see here for more excuses.. this was edited a week ago and posted over three months ago, it seems like your technical ability is on par with your ability to deliver quality food.. overpriced and underdeliver. It would seem I should count myself lucky I was made to find somewhere else, and as a bonus turn out to be the fish and chip shop you had always hoped to be. Check the number of days it says this review has been up for (12/3), realise you have no clue and hand the tech to...
Read moreOur order was missing crab sticks, so I rang up to complain and they said they will refund me. Which they haven't yet.... its not about the money, its about receiving what you pay for. Do yourself a favour and check your order before you leave the carpark. We dont eat fish and chips very often, but The kids wanted it and after this, they don't want it anymore, so you did us a favour, cheers.
Replying to reply (because google won't let me reply to your response): if you actually offered to deliver the crab sticks I would of accepted, but you said for me to go back and collect the remaining 2..... which is why I asked for a refund. If you had told me that the refund takes x amount of days, I would of never had put this review on google (but you didnt) and if your reply hadn't of been so attacking, i would of deleted this review. But calling me petty over $4.20, which i said was never about the money it's about the principle and falsify the events of our conversation to make me out as a lier, is not very good code's of business. I am well aware that as humans we make mistakes, that's why it wasn't a big deal ( and if I had been informed of the refund process) until you went on the attack instead of the defence in your reply.
As a business owner you have to accept you can't please everyone and to try not to take...
Read moreWell what can we say... The extra crispy chip order, we placed tonight was exactly the way we imagined, along with the thickest juiciest shark fillets we have found in any other establishment south of the river. Pure Oral Symphony. We have been regular customers of Ferrario’s Fish & Chips for quite a while now and alway has a good experience, however of late we found asking for our chips extra crispy didn’t get them just the way we wanted them. So as with everything important in life, we took some time to speak with the amazing crew at Ferraro’s after our last order and see if we could find a way, we could let them know, just how we loved our chips cooked, so they could deliver. Tonight we placed our first order since then and words cannot explain just how happy we are that the crew took on board our feedback and totally delivered. We have just called to thank every hard working crew member down there tonight. We all know how very important it is to an establishment, to share online an experience, with any current or prospective client. Well done guys and girls, thanks and the Crispy Kiwis look forward to our next...
