Flavour of Punjab — Restaurant in Western Australia

Ordered from here about 2 months ago and it was good, even thought I had to wait ages for food, but garlic naan was bland. Decided to order from here again tonight and things have changed dramatically. I ordered 2 hours in advance for a set time. I had to walk out without some of my order because it was taking too long and U couldn't wait around any longer. Judging by the food we did get it wouldn't have been worth the wait anyway. The tandoori chicken was dry and my wife couldn't even get through one piece of it. I'm not sure how, considering all of the ingredients that go into it, but the lamb Rogan Josh was absolutely flavourless, the glass of water I had to wash the tandoori chicken down actually had more flavour. The garlic naan was better than last time and had garlic on it. Must be a new chef or something. Some guy, who I think was quite rude to the staff, wasn't happy with his order and didn't like how some of his regular things had changed. Absolutely disgusted by the staff and the standard of the service! Received off food on uber eats. Called the restaurant instead of complaining to uber. The manager guy offered discount on next order. When asking about what we eat tonight, he asked me to place another uber order of a smallest amount item so he would send the replacement curry with it! I refused it as I didnt want to pay for delivery fees again, so he made us pick up replacement and advised us to dine in there instead of Uber eats next time! He didn't compensate our money spent on uber order, fuel and time wasted, instead just replaced the curry and rice that we cooked. Oh he gave us free papadums for the trouble they caused! This is one of mine and my partner's favourite restaurants to eat at. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the food is amazing!!!

We had the Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh, Garlic Naan along with saffron rice. The portions were incredibly generous (and after eating our fill, so much takeaway left for another day) and the meals full of flavour~ For dessert, the Mango Kulfi and a drink of Mango Lassi... really loved them as it was really creamy and sweet, and the Mango strong!
