Three times in a row I have ordered a wing quarter chicken at the drive through and each time I was given a leg quarter. I know I should have checked before driving out however the service had been especially slow and I was concious of the people behind me sitting in 38deg heat. So after picking up the order from the guy at the service window who had taken my order at the speaker and leaving the line I discovered it was wrong so (foolishly) I drove back around and joined the queue of 4 cars in front of me which took over 15 minutes to clear. At the speaker I told a different girl of the mistake, who responded with "no worries". I let her know there "were worries" and unhappy I was about having to wait so long in the heat, to which she again responded with "no worries". Grrrr. After speaking to the girl and while waiting in the heat, I noted that the guy who took my original order had returned to the window to serve the cars in front. I saw him looking down the line and seeing me. I suspect that having heard me complaining strongly to the girl, the coward quickly disappeared and the girl took over to serve me. I was hot and just a little pissed off and needed to vent so I reinforced how disappointed I was with the slow and poor service. Instead of an apology, I got excuses, she said that the mistake wasn't hers. I told it made no difference to me. I had refrained from using profanities however her response was that I was rude!! I noted the manager standing well back,(hiding?) saying nothing. No apologies. 3 strikes and you're out. I won't spend money with...

I this is my usual store as it's close by but after last nights experience I won't be back, got a rippa box and other items for the boys, was happy eating most of the meal until I got to the rippa and after the 2nd bite the chicken strip felt odd and chewy, pulled it of to find it not crispy at all and soggy like it had been put in the microwave, suffice to say I started to feel sick and the whole lot got thrown up and felt crook for the rest of the night.

Other half rang the store where they said to bring it back and they would refund so I drove back down with the box to where I was told because I chose to eat the other items before the sub they can't give me a refund (what were you going to do, resell the uneaten items?) and offered to remake the sub, do you think after it's made me sick I would want to eat...

Well the recent reviews live up to the name.. Chips 3/4 full, combo I ordered included 8 pieces of chicken (picture on the menu shows 8 individual pieces) and come home to find a whole chicken uncut.. Called up to pass on feedback and was told too bad so sad, 'customers normally ask for it to be cut up' - this is what I would normally request but when I'm told 8 pcs of chicken AND the menu shows 8 individual pieces of chicken!?! What is one right to assume??
