This will be a long winded post but it needs to be said.
I love Grill'd personally but if you're going to indulge I'd advise you don't do group orders and don't order online for delivery because THEY CAN"T MANAGE IT. It shouldn't even be an available option.
I organize numerous group orders online for work from our local Grill'd at Ascot. Every fortnight or so, several of which have experienced the same issue described ahead.
The last order was 9 burgers which easily exceeded $100. Some were obviously different burgers and easy to tell which ones they were. Others were they same burger with slight differences eg. no cheese (due to allergies and different tastes whatever....) When the order rocked up NOT A SINGLE BURGER WAS LABELLED. This made it very difficult it determine who's order was who's. I rang Grill'd up and was told "we normally label all our burgers"
I decided to give them one more chance. I rang them prior to placing the order to SPECIFICALLY ENSURE THAT THE BURGERS WOULD BE LABELLED. This option is available on their website but not on Uber Eats who I was advised to go through due to a lack of contracted drivers that Grill'd use. I was ensured that yes burgers will be labelled and wouldn't you know it... when the order rocked up... NOT A SINGLE LABEL!!!!

Read moreUsually if you’re eating at the restaurant and you want a bacon burger they just don’t include the beef pattie in the ‘crispy bacon’ burger. When ordering on DoorDash it doesn’t give you that option. So I figured I’d just give them a ring after ordering to request the pattie be removed because a) no point wasting it if I’m just going to remove it and b) I get sick from beef and didn’t want any remnants of it on there anyway. When I politely and casually explained to the girl who picked up the phone she asked me to wait, put the phone down without pressing hold and proceeded to tell the manager a butchered version of the story implying I was complaining and wanting a refund cause “DoorDash isn’t working aPpArEnTlY”. All I wanted was the pattie removed lol. The manager picked up the phone and laughed off my comment about using hold cause I overheard the girl’s tone. He said the pattie would be removed and wouldn’t you know, my burger arrived with a nice big pattie right in the middle lol. I’m not a Karen but if it’s that hard to say “don’t put a pattie on that one” to the kitchen at least tell me. I’d give 1 star but I have had great customer service inside the restaurant with the guy at the front counter...
Read morePlaced an order and then we were told there was no buns left just low carb and gluten free bun so we ordered 2 burgers low carb also a cesere salad sweet potato chips and two drinks….the food arrived chips were overcooked and dry and cold the cutlery was dirty my husband ate the salad with a screwer from the burger….we were charged $3.00 for the low carb buns and were sitting there and we have finished our meal and all these burgers start coming out with Panene buns at least 10 or so burgers I asked the girl why and she waked off and and never came back…before leaving went to the counter and asked how come we didn’t get what we asked for and were lied to that there were no panene buns. She made up that we didn’t order from the table that’s why….what a load of rubbish….charged extra for what we didn’t want…toilets were dirty….very dissatisfied and disappointed all the other grilled restaurants we have been to have been really good. Ascot lift your game worst...
