Hungry Jack's Burgers Jindalee — Restaurant in Western Australia

Horrible food. Every time the Angus burgers always came out differently. Tonight, the quality of the BBQ Angus burgers gone wrong again, three chips with mayo and tomato. The food looks just too disgusting to eat Very very disappointed, as this happened over and over again. Sometimes lost the dipping sauce, sometimes comes without chicken nuggets, sometimes the Angus burgers just come with one beef pattie and tomato sauce and mayo, sometimes the Angus burgers come with pickles. What is wrong with the staffs? Are they trying to play with people and take money for fun? They have no quality control, always make mistekes. Just antoher depressing night. The staffs just can't make the the orders correctly. Don't know if the shop owner really care or not. Very disgusting food ingeneral and bad services. No work ethic too! The restaurant is always absolutely freezing, like REAL cold. It makes the whole restaurant univiting as all the furnishings are cold hard metal or plastic and you literally shiver while you sit. The chips, nuggets and burger rings have always come out cold despite being 'fresh'. Not happy with them in general these days, each burger now comes with one miserable little slice of tomato and to get "heavy tomato", which in reality is just one additional shriveled price of tomato, costs a buck twenty. And if you take nothing else from this review... definately don't use HJs menulog delivery! Over an hour and half wait for 2 burger meals and a kids meal on 3 seperate occasions, and on all three they got the orders wrong or left out items. I wandered into this Hungry Jacks one Sunday night and was blown away by the efforts of a young man named Rickie. He was exceptional, you dont normally walk into a Hungry Jacks and expect amazing service, but this time was different. Whilst countless team members stood around, Rickie took our order, then proceeded to go back and make it. I felt so special. As i was leaving i asked another young girl to pass on my compliments about Rickie tomher manager. Said girl refused to pass it on as “she was the best employee”. Again, i was blown away, but in a negative way. I found this extremely unprofessional, i was giving positive feedback and in return I received attitude and arrogance.
