"Manager" repeatedly called me a liar.
Told me they don't honour app deals. I politely said that they usually do. Told me I was wrong. Not mistaken, or that policy had recently changed. "YOU'RE WRONG."
I said that they have accepted app deals for the last 3 years, including 3 days previously. He said that he'd worked there for 5 years and it has NEVER been the case. His manner was VERY confrontational.
He said they only took "Shake and Win" promos from the app. So, I did that in the app STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM AT THE COUNTER. I showed him the offer and he told me that it wasn't a Shake and Win offer. I explained that I had just done it in front of him. He dismissed me with a very aggressive "it's not! I should know!"
Wasn't even wearing a name badge, and had his face covered. I guess he feared being identifiable.

If I could, I would give negative 5 stars. Absolutely horrendous experience. Extremely poor service. Had just ordered a Jack's fried chicken, the chicken's texture was that of a rubber. Extremely chewy, it didn't even feel like it's chicken. Don't know if anyone's incharge of quality assurance or if anything get's checked before it's sent out, or even a supervisor who has the obligation to make sure at least basic standard of a meal is met.
Ordered a sprite, had metallic and earthy after taste to it.
On the flip side, had no issue with the chips. Only thing that I ate on 18$ meal.
