Hungry Jack's Burgers Perth Virgin — Restaurant in Western Australia

Bought the new vegan burger combo just wanted a water with the meal but wanted to save the plastic so I asked if I could get my water bottle filled up instead she said no even after I said to charge me for the bottle but I don't want the bottle and to fill mine instead. After getting the burger and taking a bite I realized there wasn't even a 5 cent coin size of sauce on the burger went to ask for more of the Mayo and she refused I offered to pay and she said no I could only get the sauces in packages like ketchup or BBQ saucea and if I wanted more on my burger I should have asked for it before hand. When I asked for her reasoning as to why I couldn't get that particular sauce she had no answer and dismissed me. Kindly the other employee heard the chat and...

Went to order at 4.47pm while the airport is full of people coming and going. Got told they're closed, meanwhile still serving food to others who had ordered. Questioned why their open hours say till 11pm and go told that was before covid, now they close at 5. Then pointed out it's not 5pm yet and the hours suddenly changed to 4.30, then changed the story to 4 pm again. Pretty pathetic excuses. If you close at 5 like the other shops around in the terminal then serve the food till 5. It is WA I guess so wouldn't expect...

[EDIT] ... Open hours are incorrect. While open from 4am-4:30am ... They only serve coffee ... For burgers/fries == 5am onwards.

Thinking will mosey on next door to WHS for breakfast ... Like majority of other ppl have done (lost business).

And the # of miners today in work clothes wanting HJ's ... Don't understand why store isn't opening earlier.
