So dissapointed with the fact that my order was not fulfilled. Not only that but the product was not available and the staff/manager appeared to have not even opened the diary to see the order. I had tried to order on line a couple of weeks before but had some issues so drove into the store earlier in December, to place the order personally. I ordered a special they were advertising a box of plain doughnuts and a box of xmas doughnuts. It was for my family xmas gathering for all the grandkids on the 27th December.. On that day i was told it was all fine I paid in full. On the morning of the party I drove to collect them and was met with blank faces. No order ready and what's worse no xmas doughnuts . I was told no we don't do xmas ones after xmas. Hmm well I wasn't told that when I ordered and paid. I asked them to look at the order the lady who I'm assuming was the manager then opened the diary and read the order seemingly seeing it for the first time. She then start discussing with a staff member who's handwriting it was and discussing the mistake, meanwhile I'm on my way to a family party at the park with a car packed full of food and I need something to replace the order. I explained this and asked if they could discuss who's handwriting later and as they were not coming up with a solution i suggested they give me an assortment to replace what i had ordered. Eventually I was given a box of plain and a box of assorted. So I turned up to my party with what looked like halloween doughnuts, not the cute xmas ones I had ordered. I know it's not a major problem in the big scheme of things but honestly if you are running a business how hard is it to look at your orders the day before , they had my number and could have called at anytime to explain that there had been a mistake. But to arrive to that situation is...
Read moreOmg worst customer service ever. Drive through at 11.05 and asked for 1x Original Glazed Doughnut to which Angela replied “ was that all” . I saw the bagels and said”Obe Moment Please” To this Angela just ignored and I said “ just one original again” still no answer so drove to the window. Had to bang on the window until my hands hurt whilst I could hear the manager and the other staff member talking and laughing but completely out of sight? Why would they disappear if they had just spoken to me 5 minutes ago. Cold and frustrated I yell through the crack in the glass to which Angela and the other young lady appear and both have a go at me. I was furious and said I’ve been buying KK for years here and over east and this is the worst service ever please just give me my doughnut. She took my money and then held my doughnut packet whilst giving me a lecture. I said just give me my doughnut and she continued with her lecture and finally handed it to me.
I have never experienced anything like it and I will be asking for a review. Appalling lack of respect and whilst the customer is not always right it must be remembered that they are the reason you have your job. I would have at least expected a “sorry” we didn’t hear you clarify your order but no we don’t serve you at the window if you haven’t placed your order properly. It was condescending belittling behaviour of an older woman who had just worked a 12 hour day. I have spent a lot of money here on school functions birthdays and gifts and bought 3 dozen for a school fun day recently but I would be reluctant to return to this venue where old fashioned attentive service is sadly lacking.
A very disgruntled...
Read moreBILLY and ETHAN who work at Krispy Kreme Whitfords are exceptionally RUDE. Absolutely no customer service. On Christmas Eve 2018 Krispy Kreme sold me a stale old box of Christmas edition doughnuts for $26, after calling back and forth the store manager first found excuses as to why she couldn't give me a refund or an exchange. After arguing the rude store manager finally gave me a box of glazed doughnuts and refused to give me the remainder of the money owed to me. How can you blatantly sell old doughnuts and then refuse to give me the money owed to me? Billy and Ethan were the most rude, turning backs while talking to them, in fact ETHANS exact words were 'I DONT CARE' when asked what the head office number was. Billy turned his back to me while I was talking to him and not interested in my complaint or trying to fix it and offer customer service, he walked away while talking to him and slammed stuff down on the table. I did not want to leave the store without getting my money back which was rightfully mine. I will never buy from Krispy Kreme Whitfords again and will inform friends and family of the rude customer service at this store, especially from ETHAN AND BILLY. Hopefully head office will sort this out. I shouldn't have to argue and fight for my...
