***NO HYGEINE AT ALL *** I ordered Coffee on 06/01/2025 from Muzz Buzz Whitfords and I Was regular customer as I am working in whitfords, I never opened my coffee but this time I felt something wrong in taste and opened it to see (attached pictures) , I don't wanna mention how it feels after that but Never Ever Buy anything from this store again.

Gave me the soggiest, half filled, inedible buzz balls i’ve ever had. I asked them to remake them, they then gave me back the exact same ones and pretended to remake and then put a heap of cinnamon sugar on top to try and hide it by putting a lid on. Emailed about a refund and got ignored.

Advertised as open. Never answer phones. Send vouchers and deals to people via the ubereats app then don't turn on their app service to allow people to order. Have had countless vouchers expire without being able to use them. If you call and they EVER answer you will be told "the app is playing up, try again in 10mins" worst muzzbuzz in all off Perth by far. Also have a habit of swapping out classic blend for smooth on delivery orders so if you do manage to order something, it usually won't end up being...

Usually I have really friendly people that work at whitfords. But today I had an entitled and rude child working there. The coffee costs 5.70, I gave her the correct amount, its such a shame how the system has failed these children because clearly she can't do Simple Mathematics!. Had an Gingerbrrad Ice Coffee at Dog Swamp which was amazing so thought of having one at whitfords . It was sooo disgusting . Was like drinking diluted milk with ice ... what a disappointment Credit to the girl at Dog Swamp who took so much trouble blending the ice into the coffee and making an amazing cuppa as opposed to the quick lazily made cuppa...
