Lawley's Bakery Cafe — Restaurant in Western Australia

My dad and I have been coming to Lawley's for two years and I'm always impressed with the staff's warm and affectionate nature, they truly have been outstanding and have made us feel like family. I see the staff treating all their customers with this demeanor which is truly a credit to them.

Lawley's at times can be busy which is a credit to the store's service and selection of food and beverages. When they are at their busiest, mainly on a Sat/Sun they do their best to keep the store as clean as possible, which sometimes can be challenging especially when they have a church group of 25+ people all come in at once, not including other dine-in patrons and takeaway customers.

Our overall experience these past years has been exceptional and we will continue coming to Lawley's for years to come as you can choose your friends but not...

Worst breakfast EVER but worse than that, they just didn’t listen to our constructive complaint, even when we gave them a chance to remedy the situation. My myself and mates frequent several breakfast cafes across Perth. This place has always been average, but this time it was atrocious (disgusting). Eggs were hard and cold. Avocado and tomatoes, straight out the fridge. Toast was soft and soggy. Bacon (an extra $5 per serving) less than half a rasher in size and dripping with fat! No “sorry” (after we constructively complained about it) No remedy given by the manageress. We often spend $90 - $150….plus for breakfast at cafes, just for the three of us. Never NEVER again at this place! Coffee, maybe but NEVER an English breakfast or any cooked food....

I have just returned from Lawleys Bakery in North Beach after taking my grand daughter for an outing. The food was okay and the staff lovely as usual. My concern is with how dirty the cafe was. One staff member sweeping up and swirling dust inside while customers were walking through to order. Outside the mess was disgusting. Napkins and empty bottles on floor and tables. Dirty, dusty tables to eat off. Food scraps around and under tables and balls of dog hair flying around and collecting around table and chair legs where we were eating. In fact I fished two different types of dog hair off our hash browns. This cafe needs a thorough and regular clean because today's experience was not very pleasant. The cafe looks dirty...
