The coffee is excellent. Beans are fantastic from Sparks roasters and they sell beans as well, so a great place to go for a coffee. If I had only ordered coffee I would have given a five star review no problem.

I ordered pho as well. Other reviews recommended it. It took 40 mins. My coffee and my family’s lunches (wrap and bagel) were long finished. On a Saturday at lunchtime. It came eventually with undercooked noodles (some I could snap in half like uncooked spaghetti), had no bean shoots or flavour, but plenty of oil floating on the top. I would have preferred they had been honest with me up front about whatever problems they were having in the kitchen and suggested I order something else.

When you go there, go for a western dish and coffee is my suggestion. There are loads of good Vietnamese restaurants in Perth for...

Super dissappointing. There were no bad reviews and I love cà phê đá...the first thing that struck me was how filfthy the place is. Crumbs on the floor and empty tables, with edging on the floor held in place with tape. Sticky black marks and hair on other tables. Not excited to eat here. I had walked a ways in the heat to get here so I thought to at least have a cool drink. While waiting for my drink I somehow brushed up against something that left black smears on my khaki trousers. Didn't find the staff particularly friendly or helpful. Once served, staff dissappear into the back and only re-emerge when the front door opens. There is a small creche for youngsters that I would not use. Perhaps something has happened here? Change of ownership? Or an owner no longer...

Very relaxing and cosy environment to enjoy some really good food and coffee. Choose between an Aussie brekky freshly cooked or fresh takeaway sweet and savoury options and lots of cold and hot drinks. With also a fantastic option for a Vietnamese twist with some tasteful and real Vietnamese food and coffee. After coming back from Vietnam some years ago, I have always looked for a place where to experience the same flavours and I finally found it. Owned by a lovely family, you won't be disappointed by the great and friendly service. Luckily for us it was their first Tuesday being opened! Will definitely be back to try some amazing...
