UPDATED REVIEW We ordered for delivery via the Nandos app again. (Why do we keep going back to this place?) After 50 minutes, the driver cancelled. It seems Nandos provided the wrong address to the delivery driver from which they were to collect the order. We then tried to contact the store to say we would rather pick up our order but they have no phone so you cannot call them. I went to the store to collect the order, which was ready and waiting amd had been standing for at least 30 minutes, yay for cold chips (NOT!). The manager said they have been having problems with their internet and Telstra for over a year and that is why they don't have a phone. I suggested they get a mobile phone for the store, which the manager took completely wrong and thought I was asking for her private mobile number! Further to this she only offered to give me their store email address that I could send an email too. I think this is poor customer service and I left feeling pretty frustrated and angry. We will no longer support this store. As a minimum I would have expected the store to call and say that there is a problem with our delivery and ask if we could collect instead. I would also expect the manager to be compassionate instead of defensive as they did not meet any standards for basic service. I do believe it is unacceptable not to be able to contact the store directly. It is extremely frustrating to drive down to the store to sort out any issues (which there should not even be!). ORIGINAL REVIEW Missing items in our delivery. It seems you cannot get in touch with this store at all. When you try and phone it just says message bank full. This makes me think they don't even listen to any messages. It is unacceptable to not be able to contact the store if you have any issues...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Nando’s. I placed my order at 6:30 PM and didn’t receive it until 8:30 PM — a full two hours later, which is completely unacceptable for a takeaway service. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and dry, clearly having sat out for a long time. The chips were soggy, tasteless, and stale, and the overall quality of the meal was far below what I expect from Nando’s. To make things worse, the Uber Eats driver failed to deliver the food to the correct address. Instead of bringing it to my door, he stopped further down the street and didn’t even attempt to contact me properly. My boyfriend had to walk outside and find him just to retrieve the order, which added even more frustration to an already bad experience. After waiting so long, receiving cold food, and then having to chase it down, the entire situation was incredibly disappointing. I feel that this level of service is not acceptable, and I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed...
Read moreDisappointed in the customer service, mainly the woman who I think manages the place. Just ordered their promotion which stated on the counter $13.50 for 1/4 chicken, 4 ribs, regular side and regular drink. I asked to upgrade the chips which she had done. When I received my order, I asked for my drink and was told I didn’t get one after saying that I had ordered the exact promo meal shown on their sign displaying on their counter but had paid to upgrade the chips. She began to tell me no I ordered something else even though everything in the bag was the promo, she then refused and told me I had to pay $2.50 on top of what I had just paid for, for the drink! Terrible customer service on her behalf, selling a promo which is what I had ordered and paid for, then have to pay another $2.50 on top for the drink that was supposed to be included. Not the first time I’ve dealt with this particular person...
