When arrived home found out that the whole 1 chicken was missing!!!🤬😠🤬 Tried to call nandos karawara but unfortunately you can't get direct connection only automated response. So I let it go as it was long drive back. Today I came to get 3 whole chickens and chips. I have made complain about last week service and insisted that they pay more attention when it comes to order's. Firstly, the staff member at the til kept messing up our table’s order repeatedly.
Secondly, we were not provided with some of the menu items as ordered and shown on our receipt. The manager attempted to argue, stating that we had no paid, despite the receipt evidence.
Thirdly, the manager gave such a pitiful amount of peri salt whilst claiming that it was “more than he usually gives out”. In actuality, I have visited this very location on a more than weekly basis at times, and every single time there has been an appropriate amount of peri salt.
Furthermore, through my visits I, along with my friends, have noticed that the portion sizes at this particular Nando’s have decreased markedly to a shocking point!
