I recently had an experience at this restaurant 20/09 where I decided to place my order online by scanning a barcode. However, shortly after placing my order, my friends wanted to join me, so I needed to change my order. Unfortunately, when I asked one of the staff members about changing my order, she initially informed me that she hadn't received my order. This lack of communication was a bit frustrating.

Eventually, the staff member confirmed that she had indeed received my order, but she informed me that I couldn't change it. Although I was disappointed, I understood and accepted the situation. However, what bothered me was the overall lack of professionalism and confusion exhibited by the staff. They seemed lost and unsure of what was happening, which made the whole experience feel unorganized and unprofessional.

Furthermore, the service itself was subpar. Despite it being a quiet night with few customers, the tables were not cleared promptly. This lack of attention to detail gave the impression of a poorly managed establishment. Additionally, the food itself was disappointing. As soon as I returned to my table, my chicken dish was served, and it was incredibly dry. The rice was only lukewarm, not meeting the standard I would expect from a well-known chicken franchise.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The lack of professionalism, confused staff, and subpar service left a lot to be desired. Considering it was a well-established franchise, I expected better. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and strives to improve the overall dining experience for their customers...

Fuming! I ordered over 6 meals through deliveroo worth $100+ from Nandos Mount Lawley, when the driver delivered the food he had been given 1 meal (that was not a meal we had even ordered) and told me to contact Nandos. I called nandos and they had admitted that the driver was given the incorrect food and that they can’t help me, I needed to call deliveroo. I called deliveroo and they arranged for the order to be re-made and sent. The exact same food that was made over and hour ago (was obviously sitting there the whole time) was delivered! nothing was re-made, nothing was fresh, everything was stone cold and soggy. Absolutely furious that we spent so much money on meals that were inedible....
