Where do I even begin, when ordering she could not get we wanted gluten free spirals after about five times speaking clearly she finally figured it out. We asked if we could pay a split cash/card she said yeah sure. She did not know how to do this!! My partner came up to me and said “they said to pay after they cook, they don’t know how to do it.” This was after they had taken our $20 in cash. Our total was $42.20, after 15-20 minutes of waiting she came up to me and asked for the order again. I’m sorry what, she hadn’t even started cooking it (not sure why I was surprised she didn’t do much). As I then waited another 15 minutes for them to cook our order. Worst of all she charged me $23.40 but didn’t say anything and couldn’t figure out the maths even with a calculator she was just making numbers up!! Once the food was ready she asked me to check if it’s all good (both white sauces so yep guess that will do). No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience no words wasn’t asking for extra food or a drink but geez couldn’t even say a sorry or have a goodnight. Worst while I was waiting witnessed this, on her phone while making someone’s garlic bread, geez she was a joke working tonight she couldn’t care less about being there walked around the whole time on her phone...

Hi guys, I am here not to defame this Pastacup foodchain Outlets but especially this Waterford Karawara Pastacup outlet by sharing my personal experience.I have had a great experience with pastacups with other outlets located in different suburbs but i did not knew all of them would serve with the same passion as it is very expensive so i always had a very high expectations. Recently I ordered Meatball pasta from PASTACUP KARAWARA online for my daughter. Packing was very good and 5 stars for that. Me and my daughter both shared the pasta as she asked me to taste but i was not interested as i already had my food before ordering. Just after having that my daughter and me started vomiting after 2-3 hours and it continued all that night. next day we went to the doctor and she diagnosed us with food poisoning. This is not the first time . Then after I came here and watched the reviews and then I got to know that how this PASTACUP KARAWARA is playing with the life of we australians .SAD SAD SAD . Negative star from me if there was any option. ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! - ORDER AT YOUR OWN...

Searched up a nearby pasta place and found Pastacup. Freshly made pasta with generic sauces. Giddy up!

We ordered two pastas for takeaways and got home in under 10mins to eat it. The Penne "The Milan" which is a creamy sauce with chicken and spinach - this was really good. Pasta was cooked well but still held its structure and combination flavour was on point.

The next pasta was a bit of a miss... Spinach Fettucine Bolognaise... It was so overcooked, it's became a blob of pasta. Bolognaise flavour was so so...

I took it back and the manager was nice enough to replace it with my choice of Spaghetti Bolognaise. 5 star for customer service.. Unfortunately, pasta was still over cooked.

Guys... Pls.. You got fresh pasta... You're overcooking it. And for takeaways, it needs to be even...
