Pep's Wine Bar — Restaurant in Western Australia

Inquired very politely about a booking and the response was extremely rude and condescending, not to mention also incorrect. Emailed back to explain this to them as I had not appreciated their tone and received a very sarcastic one worded "cheers" in response. Have to assume whoever is on the emails is having a bad day but as a hospitality worker myself I cannot ever imagine responding to a customer this way, especially my first very harmless email.
