WHAT IS GOING ON HERE??? Never going back to this place again.. obviously there are new owners because the service is now terrible. We bought 2 dozen Oysters for Christmas. When opening the package the smell was absolutely rancid. We had to throw them all out and no one got their much loved Oysters kilprick. Anyway when we next went back to buy our fish my husband made mention of what had happened with the Oysters and the sales person went upstairs to speak to the manager or owner to tell them and came back with ‘OH WELL’ UMMMMM what???? OH WELL!!! What sort of customer service is this. He wasn’t expecting his money back but maybe an apology or even like a one off 10% off our fish. Absolutely...

Very upset that they changed hands from Partridges - the boys that use to work here were so friendly and accomodating, but today, my first experience with ‘Perths best seafood’ was disappointing to say the least. The older gentleman was not very helpful and everything seemed like an effort. More so, after returning home my salmon has a lot of excess fat and falling apart. Sad to say that After 15years I will now have to go elsewhere...

We could not locate this shop by the roadside until we saw a signboard at the lawn with an arrow pointing toward a small lane. Viola! Finally got our fresh sashimi at wholesale price. Besides, there were frozen seafood and a variety of dressings for seafood. A portable cold storage box for seafood was needed. The service was good. The friendly seller made us felt at home....
