So I just went to red rooster success and asked for the crunch box special $5.00 the girl said we don’t have it on special only the large wrap. I said no I want the special that’s advertised out the front she still said no you can’t have it because not on special so I said well if it’s not on special why is the sign still there anyway she insisted I couldn’t have it as it’s not in special.Bad attitude and bad service I’ll put the photo up I took as I was leaving as she said there wasn’t one there.So instead of trying to make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about check it out or call a manager better still take the sign down and put the new one up 😡in regards to this post I’d like to thank red rooster management for getting back to me in a timely matter and explaining to me about the sign all the girl had to do is get management to come and talk to me but instead she just ignored me I really think the young people need more education about dealing with the public she just didn’t care I didn’t raise my voice or speak disrespectfully to her at all.Hopefully this will make her think about how she deals...
Read moreReally disappointed in the customer service tonight through drive thru, I asked for a kids cheeseburger meal and she responded with we don’t do cheese burgers I then asked what they do for kids she responded rolls. I then asked if I could have a normal cheese burger meal instead and she very blunt and arrogantly said we don’t do cheese burgers! Because I was confused and (because this is a very common item for a restaurant to have, and they have had in the past for many years ) I just confirmed she wasn’t thinking that I was talking about the beef kind and said I just wanted the burger that’s just chicken cheese and sauce and then she raised her voice (condescendingly) in response saying WE DONT DO CHEESE BURGERS! I ended up just driving thru and going else where.

Read moreAs a semi-regular to Red Rooster Success, Im usually met with average-to decent customer sevice! Today I was met with very low sub-par service. As I waited at the counter to be served; I was ignored for almost 5min as the two counter staff fumbled with drive-thru & online orders! After coughing loudly, they realized I was actually waiting to order! After getting my order (The Kid's Sub Snack Meal) taken by staff member; Emily! Without asking me what I wanted for my included drink; I was shocked that Emily assumed I was wanting apple juice because thats what she handed to me over the counter! If I had been asked what I wanted I would've asked for WATER; which is what I informed her after handing me the apple juice! Going by the majority of the reviews here from the last 5/6 months; customer sevice here is going way down!
