Giving one star as I’m very disappointed with both the food and the customer service from the store. Me and my friend ordered pasta and they mixed up our pastas and the sauce. Now as I had a chili pasta, my friend didn’t really want to eat it but we had already driven home so we weren’t going to drive back. We called up and told them about the mistake to which they told us that they would replace it for us the next time we came in. When I went in the next time roughly 3 weeks later, they told me that no my name was not on any file and that I had to have come within two weeks to be able to get my refund. This is ridiculous. I was not ever informed about a time limit of having to claim back my refund when they’ve messed up my meal. After this boss/owner of the store argued with me for a while he then said he would try and chase up with the employee who said they would give me the refund and will get back to me. I’ve heard nothing back from them. I am never going there again to waste my money because if they mess up your order, they definitely...

Husband and I regularly get food here, but we were a bit disappointed tonight. The staff usually aren't very friendly, but it's okay because the food makes up for it. Tonight though, the staff looked even more disinterested in taking our order than usual. I thought to myself "oh no did we catch them at closing time" but I checked and it was still an hour before they closed. I got my regular order, which the guy behind the counter then read back to us, word for word. But when we got the order, it wasn't what we asked for. I could instantly see it wasn't right because the sauce was a completely different colour. Unfortunately we felt that if we went back and spoke to them about the mistake, they would be even more disinterested in what we had to say. So I thought I would write a review instead. I'm obsessed with Vegetarian white sauce Penne Pasta! The Penne, were cooked perfectly and tossed with a vibrant mix of roasted veggies - sweet cherry tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini. The sauce was light and flavorful, with just the right amount of garlic and herbs.
