When our delivery order finally arrived (over an hour after we'd placed it, despite the driving part only being around 10min), it was missing the chips, so I called the place. The staff member answered, and then, as I was saying, "Hi, I just got my order and..." I realised she'd started taking a different customer's order, in person. She didn't even ask me to wait a moment, just ignored me completely to serve another customer. Several minutes later, after I'd sat there listening to this other guy's order and debating whether to just hang up, she finally picked up the phone and I tried again.

She acknowledged that they'd misread the order and hadn't even realised it had included the missing chips ("Oooooh, wings and chips! Haha, yeah, we didn't see that."), but said she couldn't refund us, because she didn't know how and there was no one working atm who did.

Ultimately, I gave up and have now submitted a request through Uber Eats, instead. We were hoping this place would be another we could add to our delivery rotation, but after tonight's farce, we won't be ordering here again.
