I genuinely go here every single day without fail for lunch, I order the same two items every day. 1 foot long white with Cold Chicken Teriyaki, mozzarella cheese and lettuce 1 white 6 inch chicken bacon ranch with cheddar cheese lettuce and ranch dressing. Ordinarily this isn’t problematic however today for whatever reason it is. Whilst the subs were being made admittedly I was on my phone but I noticed the footlong didn’t look quite right so I stopped the employee and said the chicken bacon ranch is the small sub she said she was aware and I was confused but didn’t question further which is my fault so when I got home to eat the sub and noticed the wrong meat was inside I went back paid in full for a new foot long white chicken teriyaki with above mentioned ingredients and get home to open the roll and see the bread is not white. Read moreReason for 1 star is as follows, I came in for a quick bite but quickly turned around and walked out. The store is gross, I was starting my order only for me to stop and walk away, I had the employee trying to shoooooooooo flies away from the meat just as I was about to order. I have eaten here before as I am a local of the area. but it will be my last as I don't trust it. This store needs to pick things up. you need to install a plastic face lid to cover all the food to keep it fresh and cold, IF its installed at least use it...... I understand it can be a hassle when its busy to constantly opening and closing the lid but the store wasn't busy. and the flies were having a field day. I was very close to calling the health inspector as I don't think its safe for the public.

Read moreI only gave one star because it was the only way to leave a review. I went into the store approx 1:00 today. There were 4 customers in front of me. I waited patiently for my turn. I placed my order and while it was being toasted the server finished serving the customer before me, which is common practice. When it was my turn she completed one of my sub rolls and then immediately stopped the preparation of my second roll and served the customer behind me. Totally oblivious to what she did was wrong.
