The House Caffe — Restaurant in Western Australia

Very very happy with our overall service from the girls and 1 guy who were working when we dined at House Caffe. Big ups to you all, huubys chicken parmi was so juicy and crispy he was contemplating getting another the porka. My seafood basket and roast chicken sandwich were amazing finishing off with those delicious chocolate chip muffins was absolute heaven....I'm so sorry for my baby being grumpy and crying so loud with the other customers, she loved you all so much. She loved her hot chip she was given to munch on so thank you so so much to the barista who thought fast and quickly asked n got her something to knibble on.(I think her name was Lisha?Aleisha?) . The coffee was freaking delicious, nothing like the taste of fresh coffee beans and well stretched milk!. No taste of burnt milk to be found at all.

Our waiters were lovely and attentive to our needs, very clean and quick to cater to any needs or requests we had, I think their names were Mikayla and Nazim?(sorry if I got them wrong).....I'm not too sure on the guys name but he absolutely nailed it with speed and timing with all the food as he was the cook and had a few customers to cook for so well done mate.

We're looking forward to our next visit to House Caffe. Thankyou guys soooo so much again!.....2½...

I used to love it here and used to enjoy lots from the menu. The customer service is now lacking. The staff are extremely rude. I just had the worst experience here where I actually got accused by the staff of eating my sons' marshmallows?! What a ridiculous thing to accuse someone of. When I said I didn't eat them and that they were wrong, they actually argued with me saying they saw it and continued to accuse me, essentially calling me a liar. I can't believe such a stupid incident occurred in the first place. I am appalled and I won't be coming back. As someone who has managed numerous customer service roles, I found this situation disgusting and was shocked by their audacity. 0/5 stars

Try Young Mugs Cafe instead. Food is so much tastier, servings are bigger and everything is cheaper. They open earlier and the customer service is significantly better. It's 5 mins...

Nice busy little place with exceptional service from EVERYONE. We had a large group (6) so our food wait was fair in comparison. Our drinks came fairly quickly and my Mocha was how I like it, strong with a lot of chocolate and hot enough not to burn my tongue. I enjoyed my Seafood basket with the coleslaw having a very nice dressing. My meal portion was as I expected and was enough without feeling bloated. I ordered a "Sunnyside" something (juice) which wasn't what I expected it to taste considering the components so slightly disappointed as the orange juice overwhelmed the other flavours. Good place to go to relax in Aircon and have a relaxing...
