Subway — Restaurant in Western Australia

Absolute rage!! I have just purchased a subway meal and am letting you know I am only Ever going to your store again to get a free 12 inch. Along with the apology that the poor excuse for an attendant owes.

I went into this store not knowing what I wanted. First the 'person' serving me told me that it was going to be an extra $2 for the meat I wanted added to the roll. (Meanwhile she spoke with the other person there about it. I thought nothing of this at the time.)

Then she had the audacity to tell me that the bread would probably fall apart because there was 'so much' in it. How dare she question OR make comment on the roll chosen. And it was not over full or I would not be complaining.

Then to add to the insults she had made already, she charged me $4 extra. I don't care that it was only $4, she still had the ignorance to do it.

My boyfriend has a mask exemption due to a medical condition and was treated like garbage yesterday by the staff here. The girl demanded to see his medical exemption. He said he doesn't have to and stated the law doesn't require him to share his private medical information. She refused to serve him. She said she needs to see it or he cannot be served. She humiliated him infront of other customers. He asked to speak to the manager and she refused. My boyfriend ended up showing the girl his medical exemption to prove a point, she then asked what we would like and we said "nothing" and walked off. Will NEVER return. We were loyal customers here but you can say goodbye to us. We will be spreading the word to others about your discriminatory staff. Terrible service, they toasted my sub only to have it go cold while two employees served one order. Because it was sitting there going cold I made them start again. I queried why the girl had finished serving a customer only to decided to help serve her friend with the other employee who was already serving them which in turn made my toasted sub go cold while her friend was leaning over the counter breathing over it. My foot long sub was extremely sloppy with old looking tomatoes. I got the managers number and called her twice when I got in the car which she was uncontactable so I left a message on her answering machine. The employees friend started to harass me because I told his friend to do her job .
