The Coffee Club Cafe - Wanneroo — Restaurant in Western Australia

Love to come here staff always amazing. Food always cooked to order. Love crispy bacon and always comes that way when requested. Usually very quick service. The staff always happy to help.

Only thing that's very much letting it down now is the broken dish washer. Has been several weeks now. So a company that's all about the coffee, serving all it's coffee in take away. Keep hearing "it's getting fixed soon".... perhaps a back up plan could have been in put in place until then ie: a staff member paid extra to just wash cups. Hire a temporary dish washer machine. Sadly, big company but small effort for customers.

Have been having coffee elsewhere myself if I wanted take away I wouldn't be in the restaurant.

Hope this gets fixed soon as the best part of the coffee club is it's really good coffee in a cup/mug dine in. Did see other people walk away so not great for business.

Was at Wanneroo for other business, and had to wait. Saw the special of a bacon burger and coffee for under $10. Sat down to comfortable seating with staff moderately busy, but they were still very helpful and friendly. It is possible to order from your seat via QR code and your phone, but we chose to order the old way. The coffee came within 5 minutes, a flat white, which to me was not one of the best I have had. But when the burger came out almost straight after the coffee, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the burger bigger, but it was beautifully put together with fresh salads and big bits of bacon. It had a perfectly cooked egg, and even though I requested extra salads which I didn't get, the burger tasted amazing. Came to get bacon and egg flat grills . These only contain bacon bits, scrambled eggs, cheese and relish. All ingredients that you still stock. Yet your staff couldn’t make me up 2. I have worked for coffee club for years and have dined at other locations who will make these up regardless of if on the current menu as I personally know it takes no time or effort to so . Very disappointing to see that they aren’t putting their customer service first and would rather lose a customer due to just not wanting to make one of the simplest flatgrills...
