Flames Burgers & Grill (Wanneroo) — Restaurant in Western Australia

Gotten food here twice from uber eats and it's great but a few draw backs.

First of all this place is pricey, but I don't think it needs to be. Yes burger price is fine but why is there not smaller side options? Regular fries is far too big, put 1/3 of the size - offer it as a side add on and it can be cheaper. Yes, they have combo options but not for everything. The regular fries is bigger than getting X2 large fries from McDonalds, it's far too much for anyone. Especially considering the burgers are good sized. Getting fries and burger from here would easily put you over 1/2 of recommend daily intake. The onion rings I would always avoid, been craving them for a while and got caved, but $12 for them was gross, they were undercooked, soft on outside and flavourless, once again serving size ridiculous large, good large for price but comparative to flavour - not worth it. Should be an option to get a small handful for a much lower price.

The chicken burger I got was good but the Chipotle sauce wasn't for me. The cheeseburger was okay but too much sauce, the bottom burger bun was wet, maybe the sauce consistency was wrong. The patty was very average, mid even. If you wanna make a better patty check out binging with babish on YouTube, he has a basic burger recipe, for $21 this patty should be better. If you wanna edit babish recipe just use ground mince 3 star so it has more fat to render, so it's cheaper, rather than buying all the meat he does...

This is a Burger joint I thoroughly enjoyed. I was there with my girlfriend and some friends of mine. Most of us had burgers and one had a char dog. We had two servings of large chips, one being loaded chips all for sharing between us. One thing I was definitely pleased with was my meal. The Burger Down Under became the choice for my dinner meal with a Smash patty, slice of cheese, fried egg, beetroot, slice of tomato, fresh onions, ketchup and mustard with added bacon and I thoroughly enjoyed how absolutely delicious and juicy it was, I'm glad I added the bacon in because it just tops it beautifully and it's making my mouth water just from thinking about it, and another thing I couldn't get enough of was the chips especially the loaded chips. We had the smokey loaded chips with minced meat, bacon, cheese, onions and BBQ sauce. The atmosphere was good, the TV on the wall is a nice touch, we got to watch Mr. Bean whilst we ate our delicious meals. Had an absolutely incredible experience here. A mate and I went and got the say cheese, the Glen, a large chips and I got diabetes in a glass. The customer service by Malik was second to absolute none, very patient while we decided what to get due to the novel of a menu, then after the food arrived (which was very shortly after ordering) checked in on us to see how we were going. The whole staff were incredibly beautiful, all so lovely with a beautiful attitude. Very accommodating, and the food was incredibly flavoursome. I've had cheaper burgers, and although I've normally experienced great customer service elsewhere, this place stood out. Not rushed, and it just felt comfortable being there. And although it wasn't the cheapest, it was still well priced. Somehow, even though we stuffed our faces, we didn't have to roll out of there, it's obvious that they use quality ingredients, because it's rare that I don't want a nap after a big feed like this haha.
