Avoid at all costs. Chicken lettuce and mayo sandwich (the same you pick up at a servo), these guys have the audacity to charge $13.90 add the cheapest drink - in this case water, and they will slog you $5.00 that’s $18.90 for a Sanga and water. FAROUT! I teach my kids that if you don’t have anything nice to say then say nothing. But I also teach them to step in when they see someone being bullied or taken advantage of, to step in and say something. These crazy expensive prices is what Toby Estate are doing with these ridiculously inflated prices they are charging airport passengers. Obviously the Toby Estate managemendo not monitor their reviews or they would try to address their obscene pricing. C’mon Toby’s Estate, YOU CAN DO BETTER.

Man, let me tell you about that sorry excuse for an airport cafe I stumbled into. They had the audacity to charge me an arm and a leg for an Angus burger that wouldn't even pass muster in a school cafeteria. I mean, seriously, it was like they just threw a hockey puck between a couple of buns and called it a day. And the price? It was highway robbery! I'd need a second mortgage on my house just to pay for that sad excuse for a meal. If you ever find yourself in that airport, do yourself a favor and steer clear of that overpriced, underwhelming, so-called "Angus" burger joint. You'd be better off eating the in-flight peanuts.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! A catering company posing as a cafe. Terrible coffee made with bulk milk jugs, coffee maker (certainly not a barista) not even checking temp of the milk as it over steamed. Scrambled “eggs” swimming in a pool of water and cold, hard toast. Busy, sure, but good staff can manage busy and still make quality. Obscene prices for absolute rubbish. You’d be better off at HJ’s! $50 for two serves of water eggs and two of the worst coffees I’ve ever had.

Where do I start. Staff are friendly enough but no tables were being cleared of plates and food for a very long time. There seemed to be plenty of staff however. I was given a metal spoon and fork to eat my croissant with! I asked for a knife so I could cut open my croissant to spread butter in it, but was told there were no mental knives available (even though other people were eating with metal knives!). I was given a wooden knife instead which made it impossible to cut open the croissant so that didn't happen. Apparently there were also no mugs/cups available for our hot drinks so they were served in small glasses. Obviously being glass we had to use napkins to wrap around the glasses to drink our coffees. Absolutely ridiculous!! The atmosphere was not relaxing at all as there was a children's playground very close by so very noisy with children screaming and shouting with no parents supervising!! I would avoid...

In need of better organisation. Ordered the chips with aioli which took over half an hour and only after I had enquired about it since people who had ordered proper meals after me were already receiving their food. Meanwhile I had staff come over with two different orders asking if they were mine which was quite surprising given we receive table numbers upon ordering. I had a few hours to kill waiting for my flight so stopped in again a while later just to buy a drink. I paid in cash and after getting settled into my seat I get called over to the counter where I was told my card hadn’t gone through. Very confused by this since I had paid by cash only 2 minutes prior… Understandable if all of this happened during a busy rush period but both instances happened whilst there was quite a few free tables and only small parties at the tables that...

Pretty awful experience the other week when dining here. It took three times to get a clean wine glass. The food is your usual overpriced, average airport food and the service experience was just weird. As we had ordered a wine we were told to sit in a particular section of the dining area, we were also given a number for the table. From there the food and tea was delivered to the table, but we literally got shouted at to come and pick up the glass of wine from the counter. Even when we pointed out the unclean glass not even the second glass was brought to the table despite everything else being brought over. Finally on the third attempt at a clean wine glass this was brought to the table. I don't recommend and I'll be avoiding...
