Came in with high hopes, didn’t get welcomed and the young bloke at the service desk was very awkward and struggled to understand simple instructions for food, overall very awkward and stiff wait staff to talk to. Young lady didn’t get off her phone to her friends and kept going out the front to talk to her mum and all we heard through the restaurant was “omg shutup” or her eating food off the plate or her walking around on her phone to her friends. Overall wait staff was terrible. Food was mediocre I ordered pulled pork burger and it’s just a soggy mess of sauce that drops everywhere. They messed up our order in multiple different plates. - no sweet chilli with the wedges. - got a extra serving of chips yet. - instructed to replace the sweet potato with normal. Ordered a can of Fanta and got a pint. As much as free things go this was just poor and lazy service. Outside area is aged and not looked after all the outdoor tables are old, faded and splintery. Overall paid $85 for 2 plates and chips. Never coming back and neither should anyone else.

Set on the waters edge... this aptly named restraunt offers a picturesque background, to supplement its great food. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunny Sunday afternoon with live music, fresh fish of the day, and lovely glass of wine to round off a beautiful afternoon there. The service was excellant with friendly staff who were very kid friendly. Toys and small kids bench, water for the young one in a plastic, straw covered cup all helped reduce the usual stress of eating out with a 3year old.

Went for breakfast whilst on our honeymoon and very glad we did. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is a lovely open plan dining area, modern and spacious. Lots to choose from on the menu and we were very happy with the choices we made. Watersedge Breaky was a large serving, everything cooked to perfection and gooey eggs 😍 Eggs Benny add bacon was the best I’ve had in a very long time! Highly recommend and will be dining again when we’re in the area

Rang to book a table for Father’s Day breakfast, the lady I spoke to said she would have to call me back to confirm as they were busy, within an hour she had rung to confirm the table had been booked. I had to call again to add 2 extra seats on, spoke to another girl who didn’t ask my name at first, just ‘yep no problem, bye’ I had to clarify my name before she hung up and asked again for the table to be outside as there were children who liked to run around, to which she confirmed it would be noted for an outside table for us. I rang again the next morning just to double check as the last phone seemed very vague and spoke to the manager to find no table had been booked and nothing had been written down (not really sure where my phone number went from the first woman I spoke to who had rung me back) I was informed that they weren’t taking anymore bookings until lunch time, so there was no effort to try and find out what had happened to my original booking.. just I’m really sorry we can’t book anymore tables. Pretty disappointing on all fronts and has turned the whole family off going...

Sorry to say this was not enjoyable. We attended birthday celebrations in room away from restaurant. We had ordered meals via email prior to event. Lunch was due to be served at 1pm. By 2.30 pm most and meals on a dribble but 6 still had not been served. When this was revealed to staff it seemed that they didn't care instead of rectifying the situation. As a diabetic dependant on insulin I was way over my limits and needed food. Thier attitude was very poor. We gave up and left to get chicken treat.....at least it was food and I could take insulin. The kitchen door was left open and quality of staff amazed me. The chef looked like a homeless person and the second chef not much better. Eating out of bowls and care factor less than zero. Will not be back. Have heard bad reviews before but as others organised we went along. Off our list, typical Bunbury attitude, we get there, not if you want to be a tourist destination. This was booked for 40 but not enough staff to deal with...
