WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. If we could rate it 0 zero stars I would. I used to be such a fan of this place years ago BEFORE THEY CHANGED RECIPES. We went today ordering a few a dishes and when we came to try them at home they literally had no flavour and honestly did not seem fresh at all. It was disgusting, my dad almost threw up and i couldnt even get it down as it was super dry, so bland, literally tasted like boiled dry hokkie noodles and thats it.. Also each one tasted the same despite getting different things! So what's the point of advertising diff things!!!!
The food was inedible, honestly. I would have been better of with a microwave meal.
When we called they refused to refund us. We then returned to the restaurant with our full noodle boxes and asked again. They only gave a very small percentage back! We went to noodle box (formerly wokinabox) to get a nice dinner to celebrate a good day, we called in advance to order and specified multiple times we wanted a mild nasi goreng. The person on the phone was very quiet and impolite. We went to pick it up and asked again if it was mild and was assured it was, we could smell the spice while driving home and when we got home to eat we couldnt even take two bites it was that spicy. We called to ask about it and got absolutely disgustingly screamed at for 15 minutes by multiple people then the owner and then hung up on. 0/10 would not recommend it was vile...

They messed up our order on uber eats, missed a WHOLE MEAL. Called them and they didn't apologise, and then said they couldn't deliver so we had to go and pick up the other order. Whats the point of uber eats if you have to go and pick it up! We asked to have spring rolls for the inconvenience since we paid the extra uber eats prices AND the delivery fee and then they tried to charge us for them! Went to pick up the order and they didn't even say one word to us and just put the meal on the table and walked away. So rude and SHOCKING customer service. Will not be ordering...
