Hungry Jack's Burgers Fairy Meadow — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

Atrocious! I will NEVER eat here again. My husband and I traveled from Sydney to the South Coast yesterday afternoon, and thought we ought to have a driver reviver stop and let our 1 and a half year old have a play, so we stopped in at Hungry Jacks Fairymeadow. I ordered a chicken wrap, which when finally brought to me was missing both tomato and onion. When I took it back to inquire about whether I had received the right food, given it was missing almost half the ingredients, the girl at the counter ran out the back without even talking to me clearly knowing why I had come back. I politely asked the young man if I had been given the correct food and when he took it to remake it I apologized for any inconvenience. When the wrap was brought to me I opened it and found a pubic hair placed nicely on top of my food! Horrified we left immediately and threw the food in an outside bin. Should I have my time again I would have presented the food to the staff and asked for my money back, but I was too traumatized at the time. Thank you to the mature staff at this store for your rude service, and business practice. I will make sure everyone I know and all their contacts...

I've given this location a go 4 times and it's sub par at best. The food tastes like Hungry jacks (as it should, being a chain restaurant) but the presentation of the food is poor. Poorly wrapped so the food falls apart. Dine in. The store is grubby and in need of a wipe down with a damp cloth. Does have touch screen technology though so that's an up. Energy is low Takeaway is good as you are not eating in a low energy setting (learnt from first visit), though presentation of food is not great. Drive thru.. the drive thru operator was nice and efficient. The wait time was usual (as you have to wait for vegan option anywhere) but the way they wrapped the food and jammed it in a bag too small for the order (which is saying something given they were missing chips and toy from the order). When the team member brought the toy out on the second visit, still no chips.. the confusion on their face was a good indicator to go get them myself. Oh and the ice cream machine was out of order each time I've been there (4 visits in as many months). Apart from that, the food still tastes better...

Hi just went to Hungry jack's fairy meadow branch. Had a horrible experience . I am very disappointed. Please have one more staff person if u guys are busy. But don't give your food to customer if it's Burnt ! They would be happy to wait rather taking Burnt food. I could feel it while I was there, they were short staff member . It was sooo horrible can’t believe it. How could you even serve that ice cold chips and nuggets in that pack. Seems like it’s been sitting there since evening and the girl who was serving she just gave me. It’s my mistake too I didn’t take the receipt for my order. So I can post it with the proof.it was just 9pm , if you guys closing soon or closed then stop serving the customers but don’t give them ice cold food pls.
