Piccolo Me ICW Wollongong — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

I have been to this establishment at innovation campus on two occasions and each time the staff have been very rude and disrespectful. They are always busy on there phones, talking to each other, and are unwilling to help with the useless coffee app, which has been nothing but ineffective. The young short islander/Phillipines girl was so rude, and lacked any type of customer service needed to interact with patrons. How she spoke to me as a customer was disgraceful and is an embarrassment to the business. She has no insight, or skills, in listening or relating interpersonally with others. The manager Sophie appears to have no idea what she is doing in running a business. She is not running the store well and not prepared for “new releases” of coffee. I went the day they were running a promo and was told the stock had not arrived and was unavailable. No apologies or “real care factor” was even shown. Sophie and the young girl need customer service training. Piccolo me is not going to be in business very long with the staff they currently employ. This is a franchise and is not being operated in a professional way. You need to employ some staff members that are maybe more experienced and know the importance of treating people well who are spending there hard earned money at this establishment. I, for one, will never return and I recommend others do not waste there money at this Piccolo Me. The coffee is not very good, and I only spend money at places that appreciate their customers. Remember without your customers you do not make money, and will soon be out...

Scheduled ordered through doordash for 11:30am on Sunday 14th Jan as I was travelling from Sydney and my ETA was around that time. On my way here around 11 it was already showing driver was going to pickup my order, contacted doordash they weren't helpful and assured me that they will delivered on requested time only. By the time I got drinks all ice were melted idk how long was it with driver or sitting in store. Ordered 2* energize smoothie 1* iced tea- peach and mango 1*over ice-black +Add coffee shot

Ordered on Saturday around same time I loved it but didn't knew one day could make huge difference in quality served
