OVERPRICED & UNWELCOMING

I came in this afternoon to grab a quick lunch for myself and two children. Ordered 2 plain beef pies and a panini. I was SHOCKED when I was told the total was $31+ 😱

And why is there literally no prices on any of the food!? 🤔

That’s pretty dodgy… and you don’t want to keep asking how much something is when the staff are so unfriendly.

The food we chose were the last things left and looked like it had been sitting in bain marie for ages, it’s not like it was put together and cooked fresh, the panini had lettuce and tomato turned soggy and warm.

Everytime we go to this place the staff are grumpy and act like we are interrupting them and no one is ever greeted kindly.

Steer right away. It used to be fun and exciting going here but I don’t think I’ll be back after so many unpleasant visits over the years, are it’s just getting...

I would have emailed you privately regarding this issue as it’s very concerning but your website doesn’t work so I had to leave this review instead.

We went in this morning to get a coffee and some food. Whilst we were waiting to be served we observed a staff member making the sandwiches etc and he was sweating profusely and it was dripping off his forehead onto the food he was preparing. I almost vomited it was so disgusting.

We quickly decided to only get coffee. Also while waiting for our coffee staff are wandering around aimlessly while a customer stood at the register and staff walked past multiple times ignoring her, she then proceeded to move to the other register near the coffee machine where she continued to be ignored. We hope you take these issues seriously and take action to improve...

Oh my goodness this place is the worst 😳 As soon as you walk in you are confronted with negative vibes, a sign basically telling you if you can’t be kind then to shut up

This shop is littered with similar signage and telling the customers to smile, that’s quite ironic as the serving staff look like they hate their job and they are definitely not smiling but verging on rude

I ordered 2 mugs of coffee and when I asked for an artificial sweetener was told this would be an extra 20c 😳

Lastly there is not 1 price posted on 1 thing in the entire shop so you just wait until you tap your card at the end to see how much you get slugged which is definitely way overpriced

My suggestion: avoid the negative overpriced cafe with mystery pricing with rude as staff. Lots of other options in main...
