Domino's Pizza Yeppoon — Restaurant in Yeppoon

I ordered online and I accidently or somehow missed the time I wanted rang them straight away to stop order and see if I can adjust the time the operator on the other end said already in oven nothing can be done, I told him I didn't want order then. My family decided the right thing if can't do anything was just go pickup. We travelled from Zilzie to Yeppoon which is about 15-20 minutes away, when we got there to be told been cancelled would I like to reschedule to the time I wanted could of told me on phone instead of travelling all the way there . We regularly get Dominos instead of Roscos. After this terrible customer service we will no longer support Dominos especially Yeppoon. Will be talking to head office regarding this experience and operator involved to get trained in what to do if a customer puts...

This has been consistently the worst Domino's chain store I have ever been to. My children enjoy it so I have been going there for some time and almost every single time there will be a messed up order, ingredients missing or the pizza will be of such a low quality that you couldn't guess what type of pizza it is supposed to be. This particular time the sauce was missing from my pizza for the 4th time in a row, despite me discussing it with the staff the previous two times it happened. Furthermore almost half of the "pepperoni" pizza I ordered had no pepperoni on it. I ended up with half a cheese pizza and half a badly made pepperoni pizza. When I've visited, at most 3 staff are on. 2 in store & one delivering. The two in store staff are swept off their feet. Pans are all over the floor. Generally wait 5-10 minutes or so in store to be served for an online order. The food is usually okay, but not as good as other Domino stores.

The last order I placed. Pieces here & there were missing. I paid the $1 upgrade on the thickshakes (for cream & sauce). They had no cream but still charged for upgrade, because the sauce is apparently $150 for a kilo. The pizzas where missing sauces.

Overall, it's okay if you want the convenience of online ordering. The store suffers from poor management (and understaffing perhaps). Poor management, poor customer experience. I'd suggest...
