Der Bäcker Ruetz - Fügen — Restaurant in Fügen

Used to like coming here as per my review from 3 years ago... however in the meantime service in this shop deteriorated, extremely unwelcoming staff, especially the older ladies behind the counter just couldnt care less. They are rude, their service is nonexistent, they do the bare minimum. I often sit in for hours to work here - within one sitting I have multiple orders - major inconsistencies between the new staff and the older personnel.E.G: The new staff gives cookie and a glass of water with coffee, with a smile and a 'danke' on the side. The older ladies just throw the coffee on a plate, nothing else. Overall they make people feel as if they were a major bother for the staff....Not to mention the fact that regularly by 2pm the shop is empty. There are no cakes or sandwiches, only rolls and bread. Sadly I will have to come here less now, it is just now unbearable - not recommended anymore.

Ich bin heute am Samstag den 31.05.2025 gegen 12 Uhr mittags gemeinsam mit meiner Frau sowie deren Bruder und Freundin in der Filiale gewesen und was wir da vorgefunden haben, hat mich zutiefst schockiert.

Ein vollkommen unmotiviertes Team trat uns gegenüber, dann auch die Äußerung der Bedienung als wir ein Stück Kuchen haben wollten, dass man leider keinen Teller mehr hätte und dann sieht man drinnen und draußen VOLLE Geschirrwagen stehen, die dann die Frage beantworten, wo die Teller sind.

Vielleicht sollte man regelmäßig die Wagen leeren, um genug Teller für den Gast zu haben?!

Der Außenbereich ebenfalls leider sehr schmutzig. Nahezu jeder Stuhl war leider mit Kot von den Vogelarten behaftet. Mag vielleicht ein Problem sein, aber völlig verdreckte Stühle kann man einem Gast auch nicht anbieten.

Die Toiletten waren ebenfalls sehr schmutzig. Der Boden klebte regelrecht und man nahm den Geruch von Urin sehr stark wahr.

Mich bzw. uns schockieren solche Zustände, zumal wir soetwas von Ruetz eher nicht gewohnt sind und auch meine Frau war mehr als schockiert, zumal sie selbst im Unternehmen von Ruetz tätig ist.

Aus diesem Grund schreibe ich diese Rezension, damit die Filiale selbst schnellstmöglich handeln kann und damit auch die Geschäftsführung von Ruetz weiß, wo es massive...

Service makes you feel like you are in a canteen in 70-th surrounded by communism. It is also slow due to “pick two pieces of bread and three types of marmalade“ breakfast. There’s free coffee refill in addition to breakfast, but it is not mentioned and not said to you during order. Orange juice has to be pressed by the customer, also, untold, unmentioned. One has to go through 15min line and get schooled by personnel...
